Dear Parishioners,
In two weeks time, we will have Jean Prendegast speaking to us about the Chaplaincy program in our local schools. These wonderful men and women give up well paid jobs to go into our schools to work with young people who, we know, are struggling with all kinds of difficulties today. These committed people are doing this work simply because they see a need which must be met and they rely completely on communities such as ours to provide them with a basic income to enable them to continue the work.
