IMPORTANT NOTICE – CONTACT REGISTRATION

MANDATORY COVID 19 – CONTACT REGISTRATION

As you may have already aware, our church and parish centre are venues identified by WA Government to maintain a mandatory contact register from this Saturday 5 December.

Any person aged 16 years and over is required to register their contact details when attending church and parish centre. Records are not required to be collected for children under 16 years.

At Infant Jesus Parish you may register your contact details in ONE of two ways:

• Download SafeWA App on your phone – This free, easy to use, safe and contactless app allows you to check-in by scanning our Church and/or Parish Centre’s SafeWA QR code that is displayed in multiple locations in the Church and parish centre. This is the preferred option.
• Completing Paper slip provided – Please record yours and your family details on this slip and place it in the secure letter boxes located in the church and/or parish centre.  Only ONE slip required per family.

PLEASE NOTE: MEETING AND CATCH UP CUPPA DURING OFFICE HOURS AND AFTER HOURS IN THE PARISH CENTRE ALSO NEED TO BE REGISTERED

For your convenience you can:

• Take home with you multiple paper detail slips so you can complete the details at home ready to place it in the letterbox at church and/or parish centre, on arrival.
• Download the app on your device.

We are continuing to follow COVID-19 Safety regulations:

• If you are unwell or have any symptoms or cold or flu, stay at home.
• Upon entering, sterilise your hands using the hand sanitiser provided.
• Keep a safe 1.5m physical distance.
• Be patient and respectful to staff and volunteers.
