Dear Parishioners,

If you look at our calendar of saints on the opposite page, you will see that this is a very busy week! We have two major Feasts coming up, the Dedication of St. Mary Major Basilica and the Transfiguration. St. Mary Major is the largest Marian church in Rome and is one of the oldest Churches in that city, being originally raised in the mid 4th Century. The other great Feast is the Transfiguration, one of the great miracles associated with Jesus, where his Divinity was revealed to his closest disciples.Read more….
