LOTS OF HELPING HANDS REQUIRED
Only 2 weeks to go!
NO GARDENING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! To make this day a success, we need willing people to help in many ways: preparation, set up, serving on the stalls, supervising children’s activities, clean up and take down.
PLEASE SEE THE VOLUNTEERS SHEETS IN THE FOYER AND PUT YOUR NAME DOWN TO HELP IN WHATEVER WAYS YOU CAN.
I HAVE PLANTS / CRAFT ITEMS READY—WHEN CAN I BRING THEM IN?
Firstly, thank you so much for preparing plants and craft items for us! We couldn’t do this without you.
PLANTS: We will have people ready to receive your plants on before or after Masses on Saturday 24 April from 6pm and Sunday 25th April. We will also be ready to receive your plants Mon 26th—Fri 30th April from 9am—2pm. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PLANTS ON THE DAY OF THE FAIR. If you need help to get your plants to us, call the office now or email gardenfunraiser@gmail.com
CRAFT: Bring your items in anytime during office hours or on before or after Mass on 24th/25th April.
STILL COLLECTING: Any décor pots, second hand garden items, soaps, creams etc suitable for gifts, small boxes (shoe box size or less) BANANA OR OTHER FRUIT BOXES. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP
