2018 Plenary Council

Next Sunday, Archbishop Timothy Costello will launch the Australian Catholic Bishop’s 2018 Plenary Council in our Cathedral. This Council is, for all Australian Catholics, an opportunity to be heard. The question we are asked to pray and think about is, “What is God asking of the Church in Australia?”
Pentecost Sunday is a very appropriate day for the launch, for without the Holy Spirit working in and amongst us, nothing will be achieved. To learn more about the aims of this plenary council, go to http://www.plenarycouncil.catholic.org.au/
